DID YOU KNOW?
More than 1.7 million Americans serve on a community association board, with close to 400,000 participating as committee members. Assuming the average board or committee member spends just one hour a week on association business—and for most it's much more than that—these volunteer leaders dedicate more than 110 million hours of service to their communities every year.

Best Practices Series
Each year CAI continues to reaffirm its commitment to our ever changing industry by continuing to provide educational courses to homeowners, board members, managers and service providers. Our commitment to you continues by the development of an educational module that will reach beyond the basics of HOA management. Our curriculum is based on the “Best Practices” developed by CAI National and the Foundation for Community Association Research.
We are launching this Best Practices Series starting in September and going through April! The West Valley location will host the classes the first Monday of every month (except holidays). For the exact schedule, please download the flyer below.
